Wild Birds Country Store is a birding supply center which specializes in all the essentials for your backyard bird watching and feeding.
Owners Dave and Jody Soules carry a complete line of products to enjoy bird watching, bird feeding and species preservation. The store carries many unique birdfeeders, birdhouses, birdbaths, fountains and furniture. Many of the products we carry are created by local artists and artisans here in the Berkshires. We also visit Amish country each year to select from the amazing pieces they produce especially for us.
We have 21 kinds of premium quality seed, suet, and custom birdseed mixtures. We also carry books, guidebooks, CD's, videos,binoculars, hardware, many one-of-a-kind, decorative accessories and distinctive gift items.
Squirrel-proof and squirrel-resistant feeders are an important part of our business, as are baffles to keep squirrels away from the bird feeders. But if you like feeding the squirrels, we have squirrel food and feeders just for them!

We are nestled in the heart of the Southern Berkshire Region
and easily accessible from New York and Boston.
FROM NEW YORK CITY:
Approx. 2 1/2 hours from New York. Take Saw Mill River Parkway North to
Taconic Parkway. Stay on the Taconic Parkway to the Route 23 exit in
Hillsdale, NY. Go East on Route 23 to the intersection of Route 23 and
Route 7. Turn right. After 1/2 mile, Wild Birds Country Store is the
bright yellow house on the left just south of Guido's.
FROM BOSTON:
Approx. 2 1/2 hours from Boston. Take Mass Pike West to Exit 2
(Lee). Route 102 West to Stockbridge. Route 7 South to Great Barrington.
Proceed South thru downtown. Wild Birds Country Store is located on Route
7 South, 1/2 of a mile past the intersection of Routes 7 and 23 West. We
are the bright yellow house located on the left just past Guido's.
LOCAL BERKSHIRE COUNTY:
Route 7 South, 1/2 of a mile past the intersection of Routes 7 and 23
West. We are located on the left just past the old fairgrounds. We are the
bright yellow house, just across the street from and south of Guido's.
